My favourite anime.

Hey, hey, my fellow blog followers. Today, I am going to 'cybershock' you with my favourite anime.

Ok, what is my favourite anime, you ask. You know anime are a better form of cartoons and they are mostly for adolescents. The anime I like is called D.Gray-man. Have you ever heard of it? It was on the Art central last time and now, I think it is still showing old episodes on the Okto channel.

I like this show as the plot is quite awesome. I also like as it is the only anime I watch on TV. No, I am not joking and you can laugh all you want. The drawing of the characters, monsters and the background are so detailed and well-drawn that sometimes you may forget that this is not a cartoon.

Now, I will brief you about the plot. The series follows Allen walker, ordered by his master, General Cross Mariam, to become a exorcist. Exorcists are people who can destroy akuma. They work for the Black Order, an organization attempting to stop the Earl. He becomes a powerful asset for the Order because he can detect disguised akuma with his left eye.Allen is sent to recover pieces of Innocence, a substance that gives certain people, called Exorcists, the ability to destroy akuma. The Earl decides to call together the Noah Family, superhuman descendants of Noah who can destroy Innocence. Both sides start the search for the Great Heart, the most powerful piece of Innocence that will assure victory to the side that finds it.During his search, the Earl begins killing the Generals, the Order's most powerful Exorcists. To protect them, the Order attempts to bring the Generals back to headquarters, and Allen and three other Exorcists are sent to search for the missing General Cross.Meanwhile, the Order learns that the 14th, a Noah that betrayed and was killed by the Earl, implanted his memories into Allen. The memories will erode Allen away until he becomes the 14th. This leads the Order to believe that Allen may betray them.

Now, let me tell you about two characters that I like the most. The guy in the middle at the bottom is Allen Walker. He is an official exorcist, after training under General Cross for five years. His parasite-type anti-akuma weapon is the Crowned Clown, which takes the form of a type of fur cape and a giant claw. Later on, it is able to additionally produce a large sword from Allen's left arm, resembling the sword the Earl uses.Allen is devoted to fighting with the consciousness of the 14th, and save as many Akuma as he can.

This is one of my favourite character and Allen's fighting comrade, Yu Kanda. He is a cold and rude 18-year-old Exorcist from Japan. He is the first Exorcist that Allen meets at the Black Order HQ and since then, they have an ongoing loathing toward each other which often causes them to declare a series of insults and offensive statements towards each other. He is a Second Exorcist, a type of Exorcist created in the Synthetic Disciple Project Central forced onto the Chan and Epstein families nine years ago.Because of this, he can see lotus flowers blooming wherever he goes. In the anime adaption, the lotus flower is in an hourglass and is connected with his lifespan. As he approaches death, the flower loses its petals. His anti-akuma weapon is the Mugen, a sword that originally took the form of a sleek chokuto and is later reforged as a katana.
I feel that this a very good show and reccommend it to everyone. Out of a possible ten, I would give it a nine.
